So, had a great conversation yesterday that made me realize I’ve never really shared how I got into real estate.

Long story short, 16 years in the corporate world burned me out so I took a leap and started in real estate on the for sale by owner side of things. That experience taught me a LOT… including why I eventually shifted to being a full-service Realtor.

🌟I'm happy to share that this one is offically SOLD!🌟 My client is an investor on the other side of the globe.🌍 He called me frustrated after not having success in getting this home sold. Some of his investor friends who I've worked with over the past few years recommended that he reach out to me, which is always a HUGE honor! I visited the home, gave him some ideas of things that needed to be improved, scheduled some contractors, got it listed and really stepped up the marketing. Before long, we had buyers at the closing table signing papers.
