Andy called me when he thought it best to look for and purchase a one level home, a little closer to Birmingham. Once we found that and he got all moved in, he pivoted back to Ashville and after doing some minor fix ups @ Roberts Road, we got it on the market and sold in less than 60 days! 👏👏👏

Had a such a fun time yesterday afternoon at the beautiful Galleria Woods community - chatting & visiting with just THE nicest group of people. They invited folks who’d expressed additional interest after previously touring the community.

I met Andy some years back when he was relocating to Alabama. At that time, we found him a super home in the Ashville area and he was excited to be closer to his mom.
As time passes, all of us experience changing needs, and he reached out earlier in the year with the hopes of finding a nice place here in the B'ham area.
