You see that now you have room for guests to stay, or the ability to take care of mom when she needs it. You see a new start, a new chapter, new possibilities. I hold your dreams very dear to my heart. I know that you lead full, busy lives, and that the daily work and stress of selling or buying a home should fall on my shoulders. And honestly…I love when it does. I know that your money is a life necessity. I know that whatever it is YOU want..is also what I want. I think this is where a lot of people get stuck.

They’re waiting for the perfect or "forever" home.

In the meantime, they don’t make a move at all.

But your first home can just be a starting point...

-something that gets you in the door
-something that lets you start building equity instead of waiting on the sidelines

here's the way I see it: if I wouldn't give the advice to my best friend sitting across from me at the coffee shop, I will never give it to you.

I've had people tell me about agents who said whatever it took to get the signature and collect the check.

and I genuinely could not sleep at night if that was me.
