Let’s talk connections! REAL people no AI involved! So the two ladies on the left, I met about 5 years ago? Sold this sweet Arizona family a place for their daughters to call home while attending Auburn. Our newly Auburn graduate ( this past Sunday) decided to further her education in Birmingham, mom asked me if I knew someone in bham to help them find her a place. I said I sure do!!! In comes Jessica Daviston with Sotheby's in Birmingham. I met Jessica because she invited me to an event in Auburn. She picked up a phone and called me! Wow! What a concept! I reached out to Jessica when Caroline decided to move to bham. She found sweet Caroline a place and the rest is history. Moral to this story.
