Exciting progress is underway at Loxley Logistics Center in Baldwin County! The building sides are up, and crews are now turning their attention to the roof as construction continues to move forward.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Kate Savage to Colliers | Alabama!

Kate joins our team as a Property Management Assistant and will be working alongside Sara Sciara at The Colonnade.

A graduate of The University of Alabama, Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and was named to the Dean’s List. During her time at Alabama, she was involved with the Culverhouse Real Estate Society, gaining valuable exposure to the commercial and residential real estate industries.

Kate brings a strong foundation in customer service, community involvement and relationship building. Most recently, she spent the summer in Prague, Czechia, serving as an intern missionary and supporting community outreach, youth mentorship and English conversation programs.

And Kate already has a special connection to the Colliers family — she’s Brian Savage’s daughter! We’re thrilled to officially welcome another Savage to the team and look forward to the enthusiasm, fresh perspective and people-first approach Kate will bring to our Property Management group.

We remember the innocent lives lost, the families who endured unimaginable heartbreak, the survivors who carried forward, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away. We also remember the countless acts of courage, compassion, and selflessness that emerged in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, the memories remain, and so does the responsibility to honor those we lost by never forgetting them.

May we remember with humility, grieve with compassion, and continue to stand together with strength and hope.

This on-site leadership position is ideal for a commercial real estate professional who excels at managing complex office properties, building strong tenant and client relationships, leading teams and service providers, and ensuring properties operate at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience, strong financial and operational knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to confidently manage everything from budgets and capital planning to tenant relations, vendor oversight and property operations. CPM® and/or RPA designation is strongly preferred, and Yardi experience is a plus.
