The Birmingham Land Bank Authority has a select group of repurchased properties that are ready to be sold to qualified buyers who have the plans, resources, and commitment to develop these properties within 12 months of closing.

We’re looking for REALTORS who can connect us with buyers who are ready to turn these properties into completed development projects.

💰 REALTOR INCENTIVE: We’re offering a flat fee to REALTORS who bring us qualified buyers. To qualify, buyers must demonstrate that they have:

✔️ A clear plan for developing the property
✔️ A licensed contractor
✔️ Proof of Funds to purchase and complete the development
✔️ The ability to begin and complete the project within the required 12-month timeframe

Once the buyer’s application is approved and the property successfully closes, the referring REALTOR will receive the flat-fee payment.

This is an opportunity to help your clients acquire property while contributing to the continued revitalization and development of Birmingham communities.
