I get asked all the time whether it makes sense to wait for rates to come down. The problem is - none of us know exactly when that happens or what home prices and competition will look like when it does.

I’d rather help you look at what buying looks like today and decide whether the numbers make sense for you. If they don’t, we wait. If they do, you might have more options than you think.
