Here's a great way to be positive and use your time wisely. If you are thinking about selling your home, what a great time to DECLUTTER. ( Good way to get free help from your kids since their stuck at home anyway.) :) Create 3 categories:
1) To remain 2) Give away 3) To Throw away. Call Salvation Army, V***r or another favorite charity and schedule a pick up. Or to get you out of the house, drop it off to their location. AFTER you have done this, give me a call and let's schedule a time to meet and talk about staging your home and get it ready for market. I promise to wash my hands and keep my distance. Although I am a serious people person, I will even sit across the room from you if you feel more comfortable! :)
In prepariing now, you will be AHEAD of others when this temporary distraction passes. I am here to help you in any way I can.
