They haven’t lived in the home and get most of their information from public record and the sellers. Make sure you do your due diligence once under contract if you have any concerns.

Spring tends to get the better reputation when it comes to putting your house on the market, but I'd have to argue that Fall is a top contender!

Is fall the best time to sell?

The busyness of summer has wrapped up and new routines have begun with school schedules. In the fall, people have regained the bandwidth to assess their current living situation and if it's still serving them well.

The temps will start to cool down, which may seem like it has NOTHING to do with the real estate market, but y'all...people don't like to house hunt when it's a million degrees outside!

The hot coffee brewing, hazelnut scented candles, the crackling fireplace, the cool breeze coming through the windows as you listen to the rustling of the trees. It's easy to feel overwhelmed at the thought of lining up paperwork, figuring out loan options, and house hunting, so today I'm not going to tell you what to do to buy a house by the holidays.

Today I'm going to tell you what NOT to do to celebrate the holidays in your new home:
