I have never been much for resolutions. This year I will be making one and it is one I will gladly stick to. Through 2016, for every Real Estate transaction I close I will be donating $100.00 to the CHIPS center at Children's of Alabama.
The CHIPS center is an organization of dedicated, caring professionals who provide care and support to children and families who are victims of abuse and neglect. Their work is heart wrenching. They are a wonderful group and they need all the help they can get.

So this year when you or anyone you know needs any help buying or selling a home send them my way. Not only will you both get a great experience, you'll be helping in a very meaningful and needed way.
