Some real estate transactions are about much more than buying and selling a home.

This one was especially meaningful as I had the privilege of helping my seller through the sale of her sister’s home as the personal representative of the estate. While the process brought plenty of emotions, it also brought peace knowing the home is beginning a wonderful new chapter with an amazing young couple who will make it their own.

I’m incredibly grateful for a transaction that was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to the buyer’s agent for being such a pleasure to work with—it truly makes a difference when everyone is focused on working together toward the same goal.
