The season of gratitude is upon us, and we're so grateful to be part of such a warn and welcoming community. We were happy to host November’s Downtowners Member Mixer in the Renaissance Lofts rooftop community room, featuring treats, good cheer, and tours of our new building. Want to live at Renaissance Lofts or The Grove and receive a monthly rent discount? We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to be an on-site representative of Renaissance Lofts and Grove Apartments, assisting our Property Management team with performing basic caretaker duties.

This is a part time commitment of approximately 4-6 hours per week. Resident Caretaker will receive a monthly rent discount in exchange for their services.
