Not every foundation repair is as simple as patching a crack.

For this home, we worked with a structural engineer to determine the best solution. After evaluating the foundation, a section of the basement was filled with specially engineered structural concrete designed to withstand the pressure and weight of the home’s foundation.

🙏🏼 A huge thank you to Lunde Basement Repair for completing the work and for allowing us to capture this behind the scenes look at the process. Most homeowners never get to see what goes on beneath the surface but it’s these carefully planned repairs that help protect your home’s stability for years to come.

Our hearts are heavy for the families who lost their homes in the devastating fire. Moments like this remind us just how strong our community truly is! Seeing Bismarck/Mandan and beyond coming together, showing up, and lifting each other when it matters most is both humbling and inspiring.

We are so relieved to see that all families are safe and have found shelter, and we will continue to keep everyone affected in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️ 🙏🏼

All residents displaced have been sheltered. The apartments that were affected by the fire collapsed.
