There are currently 167 homes available for sale.
Another 147 homes are already under contract.
138 homes have sold so far this year.
Homes that attract buyers are doing so quickly, averaging about 15 days to get an offer. Meanwhile many of the homes still on the market have been sitting closer to two months.
Market balance currently sits at 3.3 months of inventory, which points to a relatively balanced market with a slight lean toward sellers as demand continues to outpace supply.
