Things are happening ✨

I don’t know how to put in words of how I am feeling right now. This is something I have been working on since I established my real estate career almost 9 years ago. It came later than I wanted, but it came in the most perfect time in my life. It has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl to do big things and own business’s and help people in this world and empower people to do the things they want to do!

This photo represents everything I’ve worked so hard for and now brining me to happy tears 🤍 but one thing that I love most out of this is the fact that these incredible women trust me and want to learn and work with me, and do such big things! I am so excited to be able to share and teach them everything I have learned and to help them grow! Real estate is not rainbows and sunshine’s it’s actually one of the hardest things I’ve experienced and learned, but it is one of the most rewarding things on the planet.

I do not believe in one being better than another, these girls are now my team and we will do this all together! Luxxe Realty isn’t just another agency, or agent or sale or who can sell more houses. Luxxe Realty is about real estate that does more. Not only caring about our clients but our teammates and wanting everyone around us to do well. Taking the extra mile for our clients and putting them first. Being there for our clients and going above and beyond for our clients.

I am proud of these girls because and I cannot wait to see what they do and what we can do as a team! We believe in real estate that does more. We are the new standard of real estate in North Dakota.

Are you looking for a horse property? Contact Me! I love horses and I would love to help you find the horse property that’s perfect for you!

What to consider in a horse property?

1. Finding a good Realtor makes horse property hunting easy. I have access to the MLS. I would love to help… contact me with any questions!

2. Think long term when buying your horse property. Do you see living here long term? Is it a good investment? Etc.

3. Location, location, location. How far is your commute to work, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, etc.? Is there a local veterinarian, feed store, farrier services near by?

4. Pick the right type and size of horse property. How many horses do you own or will own? How many acres will you need?

5. Inspect the property.
Some examples of what to inspect…
* Check the age of horse stalls and buildings?
* Extra features?
* Type of fencing?
* Drainage systems?
* Plumbing, water heater, and electricity?
* How well-maintained and safe the structures are overall?
