Hello, I’m Kim McCoy! I am a North Dakota Native who was born and raised in Hazen, ND. Since then I've lived all over this great area: Lincoln, Mandan, and currently enjoy my morning coffee in the great city of Bismarck. I truly believe that this community is a fantastic place to live. We have a great economy, friendly citizens, and a fantastic real estate market. Being a Realtor is not just a job

I understand that buying, selling, or building a home is one of the biggest decisions and financial commitments a family/individual will make and cannot wait to be the one to assist you on your journey. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, reading over home inspection reports, making virtual tours, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home to my 4 kiddos and dog. In my free time I enjoy going to my kids events/games, taking my dog for walks, camping, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and interior design.

Flowers aren’t the only things we see popping up in the spring – this time of year, we see plenty of raised curb stops masquerading as a Whac-a-mole. These metal devices are used to turn the water off or on between the City’s water main and the building.

If you need your curb stop lowered, repaired or if the cover needs replacing, Public Works can perform the required maintenance needed. Complete the online form at https://bismarcknd.gov/FormCenter/Public-Works-12/Curb-Stop-Reporting-Form-290 to report these curb stop issues on your property.
