This home started as a spec home, one of my personal favorites with that Titanium Gold leathered granite in the kitchen!!! So beautiful! Turns out that was a huge selling point for these buyers! AND we built for his parents a few years back! Buyers made a few minor changes and we finished just in time to coordinate the closing of their current home! Everybody is happy!! Always our goal!
