iversity of Mary for 20 years and tried to maintain both my careers for 4 years, but realized that real estate was keeping me too busy for both. When I found out we were going to have twin grandbabies, we realized we would need more time to to Minneapolis to see my kids and grandkids! We now are blessed with 4 grandkids in the Minneapolis area. So, after a nursing career of 35 years, with many of those years teaching at the University of Mary, I made the very tough decision to focus on real estate full time. I have loved working with the U Mary students and miss students and colleagues very much. The fun thing is that I have had many real estate transactions with former students which is so fun and rewarding to me.
