Kelly Sand brings knowledge and creativity to the table through hard work, consistency, and (sometimes too much) honesty! She feels the key to everything is educating yourself and educating your clients in order to make the best decisions. Her background in construction as well as financial advising, brings invaluable knowledge to the team. You will usually find her behind the scenes wearing the hats of business management, running market analysis reports, and marketing, though you may run into her at listing photo time or the occasional open house. Kelly and her husband Bryan are parents to three wonderful kids. Kayla Haugen has a background in education, serving her well to make long-lasting connections with people. She is a master problem solver, breaking down the home buying or selling process into steps that are a piece of cake for our clients to work through. Her experience as an elementary and middle school teacher shine through her everyday interactions, and also keeps us on top of the details that make a difference. Kayla is an active athlete on the golf course, volleyball court, and softball fields. She also loves to travel and be with family, including her fiancé, Brian, and her all white husky, Stormtrooper. Danielle Smith joined the team after being in the salon industry for 17 years. She has owned her own studio and been a National Educator for John Paul Mitchel Systems. She is energetic and loves to make a connection with everyone she meets. She contemplated the real estate world for ten years, but she dove in the deep end, headfirst once she realized it was such a passion. Married to Travis and a mom of three, two college-age boys and spunky middle school girl, there is never a shortage of chaos, which she manages in stride like a pro with her golden retriever assistant! They love to travel, go to the lake, and cruise on their motorcycle. Katie is a friend of everyone. With grown boys out of the house, her world is much quieter than the rest of us! Katie has been doing real estate for over 10 years, loves community connection, and is an eternal optimist. She enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time on the river with her husband, Cash, and family and friends.
