One of the ways Jordan and I work to better serve our buyers and sellers is by continually learning from every side of the industry. Starting today, applications are open for the 2026 North Dakota Primary Residence Property Tax Credit, which can reduce your property tax bill by up to $1,600.

This credit is not income-based.

What inspired you to get into your field or become an entrepreneur?

2. My wife was a stay at home mom with a newborn. I was making $48,000 a year at the time and knew I needed to change my trajectory if I wanted to raise and support a family. I also wanted to be my own boss and unlock opportunities towards business.

What's your best piece of advice to clients looking for your services?

3. I can’t help you towards your goals if you don’t reach out or allow me into your world. There’s no need to wait until the exact moment you’re ready to buy or sell a home before you contact me. I want to get to know my clients and work with them throughout the process, even when they are just entertaining the idea of buying or selling a home. One of my primary responsibilities is to educate my clients to help them feel confident in their decisions and the earlier I can establish a connection and build trust, the earlier I can start the education process.

What is your favorite local small business?

4. I love Fizzily. Not only is their product delicious but I like their set up, location, and how they serve so many customers in a short time while still executing the customer experience perfectly.

Sadly, civility has drifted from our public life. The health of our Nation depends on listening, exchanging perspectives, and challenging one another with respect. To take the life of a peaceful man for exercising this right is evil.

Anyone who defends a murderer, or refuses to understand the tragedy of losing a husband, father, and family man, is sick. Excusing such evil betrays both our humanity and our Nation.

Today, we pause to honor the men and women of our Armed Forces who have been wounded or killed in service to our nation. The **Purple Heart** is one of the oldest military awards still given to U.S. service members, originally established by General George Washington in 1782 as the “Badge of Military Merit.”

This photo is from a ceremony in Iraq — a reminder of the sacrifices made, the bonds shared, and the moments that stay with us long after the battlefield.

**National Purple Heart Day** is not about recognition — it’s about remembrance. It’s a time to reflect on those who have borne the cost of freedom and to honor their courage, resilience, and legacy.

To all who have served and sacrificed — we see you, we remember you, we get it, and we thank you.

Great couple of days in real estate! Closed on a home with ANOTHER first responder client 👮🏻‍♂️ 🧑‍🚒 🚨 and were able to contribute over $1400 towards their closing costs through our Hold The Line Rebate!

Then got under contract with a couple of awesome first time home buyers! Business is fun when you get to work with great people!
