Day 2 of 5: The Little Black Dress isn't about fashion. It's about awareness.
We are wearing the same black dress for 5 days to illustrate the limited choices faced by those experiencing poverty in the Bismarck Mandan Area.
Did you know? In Burleigh and Morton counties, more than 1 in 10 people live below the poverty line. For a family of 4, that means living on less than $32,150/year. Missouri Valley United Way works to change that by funding programs for basic needs, education, and financial stability.
Today, I’m thinking about the parents who have to choose between paying utilities or buying school supplies. The dress is simple, but this problem is complex.

We’re looking for an Escrow Closing Agent:
👉 A reliable professional who thrives on consistency and follows through
👉 Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment
👉 Someone who can juggle multiple transactions without dropping the ball
👉 And someone who actually likes people (yes, that still matters 😉)

At Quality Title, Inc., we don’t just “get deals done” we create a seamless, professional experience our clients remember.

📍 Location: Bismarck, ND (in-office, full-time)

What you’ll be doing:
• Conduct Real Estate Closings
• Coordinating with agents, lenders, and clients
• Preparing and reviewing documents with precision
• Handling escrow, disbursements, and compliance
• Delivering top-tier customer service every step of the way

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in escrow/closings (or the drive to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail (this is NOT a “close enough” job)
• Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid communication + problem-solving skills
• Real estate/title knowledge is a BIG PLUS
