Allow me to reintroduce myself…

If you’re new here, hi. If you’ve been here a while, you already know I’m obsessed with my dogs, drink too much coffee, and get overly excited about colored front doors.

But just in case we haven’t properly met…

I’m Dani.

I’ve been in real estate for roughly six years now, which basically means I’ve seen a little bit of everything… bidding wars, crumbling foundations, terrible DIYs, and 130 “this is the one” houses and counting!

I have a soft spot for first-time homebuyers and first-time sellers. The education side of this job? I live for it. Breaking down the process, running the numbers, making it make sense, watching that “this is it” moment hit, that’s the good stuff.

Gifting is my love language. If you hire me (or even if I just like you), there’s a 99% chance you’re getting a thoughtful surprise at some point. Possibly in an adorable basket. Possibly with a handwritten note.

I’m quirky. Slightly weird (think Jessica Day (New Girl) vibes), but in the best way and cheerful 99% of the time. I’m ready to laugh, celebrate, or overanalyze cabinet hardware with you.

I’m a dog mom x3. They are not pets. They are my tiny, fluffy supervisors who run my entire life and drain my bank account. “Sorry can’t hang, I need to cuddle my dog.”

I run on coffee and rewatch Gilmore Girls at least twice a year.

Im obsessed with the East Coast and all of its old charming vibes even though North Dakota has my whole heart.

I love houses, talking about houses, looking at houses, showing houses… but I love the people inside them even more.

except for the wine prop that absolutely did not go to waste 😉

There’s a lot that goes into this job that most people never see : planning, marketing, branding, and showing up consistently so buyers and sellers know who they can trust. I take this part seriously because thoughtful marketing makes a real difference in how homes are positioned and how clients are represented.

The extra effort doesn’t stop with photos or content. It carries through every showing, every negotiation, and every step of the process.

We love a holiday lights date night! 🎄

If you are in the Bismarck/Mandan area, be sure to stop by the Holiday Lights on Main in Mandan! They are open every night from 5 PM to 10 PM until January 10, 2026.

Not only do you get to enjoy the amazing light displays, but you can also grab a cup of hot chocolate and a Stroop waffle at the hot chocolate booth, or step inside the Signature Events building to warm up and grab a cup of the world’s tastiest apple cider!

If you really want to make it a night, cross the street and grab yourself some authentic Mexican food at La Cantina.

Who says winter is no fun?!

Not me creating a 2026 game plan like it’s a master villain arc (a nice villain, obviously).

I wanted to make a Thanksgiving gratitude list, everything from,of course my family, to midnight text messages wanting to see a house in the morning, to houses that actually have a little charm and character. But honestly, my list is too long!

Mainly, I’m just so thankful for every client who trusted me, family and friends who cheered me on, and of course, all of the coworkers and crazy agents who sent me funny memes during stressful times. You all let me be a part of moments in your lives this year and you definitely make my work feel more like a purpose.

Okay, friends… gather ‘round the real estate campfire for a little truth-telling moment!

I’ve been having a LOT of conversations lately that start with:
“So what can I get for around $200k?”
And listen… I wish I could pull out a magic wand and say “Oh! The same thing you could get for $200k in 2015 or even 2020!”
But unfortunately, I broke my wand the other day in a tragic attempt to swat a rogue fruit fly while holding an iced coffee. (We do what we have to do.)

Here’s the real deal (pun absolutely intended):

👉🏼 $200,000 today does not buy what it did 10 years ago.
👉🏼 It doesn’t even buy what it did five years ago.
👉🏼 And no — it’s not because you’re being picky. The market has changed.

Prices, materials, labor costs, and demand have all shifted — which means buyers sometimes have to adjust their expectations, not their dreams.
Your dream home? Totally still possible.
The version of that dream home at a 2015 price tag? Not so much.
