ls deserve a loving home of their dreams too. I have had the privilege of helping many clients close on their perfect home and also finding a loving match with an animal in need. Unfortunately, relocating is a primary reason that pets are abandoned in shelters. These pets are heartbroken, confused, scared and waiting to be loved. With each real estate closing, I will make a donation to a local animal rescue of your choice. Together, we can support these rescues and animals waiting for their “furever” homes. In addition to being a REALTOR® with Capital Real Estate Partners, I have owned and operated Mobile Home Listing & Sales LLC since 1996, selling over 2200 manufactured homes in the area. I have also renovated many homes and love to share my tips on fine-tuning, decluttering and staging a listing to optimize its potential. In my personal life and career I am organized and focused on the details. I believe in a high level of communication which involves a lot of listening...because your goals are most important! I consider my career as a REALTOR® not a business but a personal relationship between agent and client.
