This one means a lot to me.

Together with The Title Team and Bravera Bank, we were able to provide more than 1,200 safety vests for students across every Bismarck Public Schools elementary school through the Glow & Go program.

Winter is just around the corner, and before long there will be kids walking and biking to school in the dark. Maybe it is your child. Maybe it is their friend, their classmate, or the kid who lives a few houses down. They are all part of our community, and looking out for them is something I believe we all share.

There are 1,200 vests available today, but I want to make this commitment personally: if there is a BPS elementary student who needs a vest and we run out, I will make sure they get one.

It really does take a village. Supporting the kids growing up here is not just a nice thing to do. It is part of building the kind of strong, vibrant community we all want Bismarck to continue to be.

I am incredibly grateful to be in a position where I can give a little back to the community that has given so much to me and my family.

And I fully intend to keep doing it.

Selling a home is a team effort. The agent has a responsibility to position it well, market it properly, create exposure, and manage the process. Homeowners play big a role, as well.

And the wonderful homeowners behind 1219 N Mandan Street did theirs exceptionally well.

Long before there was a sign in the yard or photos online, they had spent years taking care of this home. Maintaining it. Improving it thoughtfully. Paying attention to the little things. And when the time came to sell, they made sure it was truly ready for the market.

That matters.
