It's Blue Tape time at Birmingham Court! It is probably my least favorite part, but one we never miss or skip corners on. At the end of a remodel we go around the entire house (inside and out) and check every nook and cranny for any nicks or unfinished business. Then our amazing team of contractors and helpers come in and make sure it's all taken care of before we list the property. You can spot my favorite helper in parts of this video working his socks off finishing the new deck and outside sitting area.

The custom made mud room at Birmingham is coming on beautifully. Once this is painted and hooks go up it will be perfect. All I need to add is a pair of Wellington boots. This house is 3 weeks away from going on the market.
