What a big day for the George families! I was honored to be the listing agent once again for Malinda Martin George and Dune George, as well as help them with the purchase of their new home. These transactions were a doozy! Definitely the longest string of contingency transactions I've been a part of (and honestly not sure my nerves could take more than what we had!)
4 homes, 5 parties to consider, 3 states, 5 agents, 3 abstract companies and 4 title companies. I'm spent!!! So glad I had friends and trusted colleagues Samantha Evans, Fathom Realty and John Eddy working together with me.
To add a little extra spice, I was also lucky enough to help Dune's parents, Rod and Debi George close on the sale of their home today as well!
