The Messa Group forecast for 2022: HOT HOT HOT!!

2021 ended with home sales hitting record numbers that have not been seen since 2006! Once again, and about a week later because of the snowstorms, we start the real estate hussle in 2022 with buyers chasing sellers, sellers frantically looking for their replacement homes, and us real estate brokers hoping to find more listings and really just trying to help our clients any way that we can! The real estate process isn’t looking to get any easier this year! And, interest rates are expected to rise, although we will remain at record low rates!

Economist Matthew Gardner predicts single family home prices will rise by "high single digits" in King County, and by more than 10% in Snohomish and Pierce counties.

We do more than just the required homework, that's for sure! The support and training goes above and beyond the status quo at TMG.

The ladies of TMG! These ladies are all so incredible! We are really pouring our all into getting our goals for 2022 done by stepping way outside of our comfort zone to understand and tap into our why...because THAT is what drives us! A HUGE thank you to Ginger Ayres Painter, our business coach, who came in and provided us with the space to dive deep. There were tears, laughter, and A LOT of learning and growing...and getting to know each other on a deeper level. The Messa Group is not playing around y'all! (Said in Ashley's Southern twang...LOL!) Kidding aside, we are investing in our brokers so that they can be as successful as they want to be! It's exciting to watch as they come to realize that their possibilities are literally endless, and their hopes and dreams can truly become a reality!! We missed the guys this go around, but they are next!!

Thank you for visiting my business page! I'm Jordan and recently joined The Messa Group Real Estate of Greater Seattle and Snoqualmie Valley as a Real Estate Broker in September 2021.

A little about me, my husband and I just bought a home in Maple Valley & Black Diamond area about a year ago. We absolutely LOVE the community and are excited to become more involved both personally and professionally. Outside of working my hobbies and interests are DIY projects, a variety of outdoor activities, cooking and yoga. You can often find me spending time with my family, friends and furry companions.

Whether you're a new home buyer or have been there and done that, I love being a part of getting people excited about one of the biggest moments of their lives! The home buying or selling process can feel overwhelming, daunting and sometimes unachievable on your own.
