We were honored to represent our profession at Career Day! These students are so fun to interact with and we loved being there!

🔧👨🏽‍⚖️✈👩‍⚕️🐾The future was on full display at Black Mountain Elementary as students explored a variety of careers during the school’s annual Career Day.

Professionals from across the community volunteered their time to introduce students to careers such as veterinary, pilot, real estate, lawyer, health care, law enforcement, and much more. Through interactive presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and engaging conversations, students learned about the many paths available to them and the skills needed to pursue their dreams.

Career Day gave students the opportunity to ask questions, discover new interests, and connect what they’re learning in the classroom to real world careers. Whether they dreamed of becoming a first responder, engineer, veterinarian, students were encouraged to think about the possibilities that await them in the future.

The event also highlighted the importance of community partnerships, with local professionals inspiring the next generation by sharing their experiences, passion, and advice.

At Black Mountain Elementary, Career Day was more than just learning about different jobs - it was about helping students imagine their futures, set goals, and believe that with hard work and determination, they can achieve anything.

Monday Market Update!

What’s happening in our market right now?
Here are the numbers for July in Buncombe County and Black Mountain - new listings coming on market have slowed a bit although we have more inventory than we’ve had in 10 years.
Price per square foot has continued to go down, along with median days on market going up…good news for buyers who are looking to make a move!
