Good morning. My buyer checked several houses, two of them were listed by a limited brokerage who just puts the house on the MLS. Communication was difficult if not impossible. One is down to 78% of the original asking price the other down to 85%, and they were still paying commission to the buyer's agent. Use your local agents and their knowledge and marketing. Losing 15-22% just makes me feel bad for the sellers.
