You know...sometimes it's the simple things that end up being the best part of the day. 💙🫐

Today we went blueberry picking, and I couldn't stop smiling. There is just something about picking fresh berries right off the bush that brings back memories and makes you slow down for a little while.

As we settle into life here in Western Wisconsin, I'm finding myself appreciating these little moments even more. This is exactly why I started Village Lane Lifestyle. It's not just about beautiful homes—it's about the everyday experiences that make a place feel like home.

Now I just have to figure out what to make first...blueberry muffins, pie, crisp, or maybe just eat them by the handful. 😊

What a great morning! 💙

Today we hosted our “How Your Tenant Can Help Pay Your Mortgage” workshop, bringing together local experts to share practical information about investing in mixed-use properties.

As many of you know, we recently moved to Black River Falls. While I grew up just down the road in Taylor, it's been a few years since I've actually lived in this area.

Over the years, I've built my real estate career in the Milwaukee area, the Eau Claire and La Crosse markets, and most recently in the Green Bay and Appleton area. Moving back here has given me a whole new appreciation for West Central Wisconsin.

I'll be rediscovering the small towns, local businesses, restaurants, lakes, trails, festivals, and the people that make this area such a wonderful place to live.

That's really what inspired Village Lane Lifestyle.

I want to share the places that make this area special, support local businesses, highlight community events, and uncover a few hidden gems along the way. Whether you've lived here your whole life or are new to the area, I hope you'll follow along.
You'll see me highlighting everything from local restaurants and small businesses to community events, home design inspiration, day trips, outdoor adventures, and the little things that make our communities unique.
