I can’t end the day without sharing some exciting news… ANOTHER accepted offer for my buyers! 🎉🏡

This one is extra special because this family is coming back home to the Melrose-Mindoro community. Soon their kids will be making memories close to Grandma and Grandpa, surrounded by family, friends, and all the things that make this community so special.

There are still a few steps before closing day, but tonight we’re celebrating! So happy for this wonderful family and thankful they trusted me to help bring them home. ❤️

When I started in real estate, my goal was never to be the biggest name in town. My goal was simply to serve people well, build genuine relationships, and make a positive impact in the community I love.

To receive messages like this is incredibly humbling. Every sign in a yard, every referral, every client who trusts me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives is a blessing I don’t take for granted.

We’re headed to Omaha for SlumpBusters 2026 with our oldest son and his team, and I couldn’t be more excited. These boys are talented, hardworking, and so much fun to watch.

Somewhere between baseball fields, hotel rooms, and cheering from the stands, I also managed to get two buyer offers accepted. That’s the beauty of this business. I get to work hard for my clients while making memories with my family.

The miles are long, but these are the moments I’ll never get back.

My buyers wrote an offer and the seller said YES!

There are still a few more steps before we get to the closing table, but today is a day to celebrate. I am so excited for this family and honored they trusted me to help them through this journey.

Buying a home is full of emotions, and getting that accepted offer call is one of my favorites. Now we keep moving forward and checking off the next steps together.
