MAINTENANCE PERSON WANTED!
Meadnerstone Apartments is looking for an on call part-time maintenance person/handyman for our 28 units in Black River Falls, WI. Average 10-15 hours/week.
RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Tenant Work Orders, Assist in Apartment Turnovers, General & Preventative Maintenance/Repairs to ensure the property is in good condition. Minor electrical, plumbing, heating & appliance repair (we understand that some work may need to be contracted out by a third party), Minor Painting, Minor Grounds Work, such as the occasional w**d whacking, brush trimming and some shoveling/salting of walkways as needed.
Applicant Must be reliable, self-motivated and have the drive to work independently with little supervision.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, tools, a reliable cell phone with good cell service and have the capability to send/receive text messages. Applicant also agrees to a background check.
