Wouldn't it be crazy and ironic if, in another world far, far away, a real estate appraiser who was notorious for inaccurately low appraisals listed their own property for sale and completely overpriced it? No way that would ever happen. That would be too rich.

Tonight’s dinner was an adventure! Using the following items freshly picked from my backyard garden:

Carrots and carrot greens
Zucchini
Tomato
Garlic (picked 4 weeks ago and dried)

I made Pesto Chicken and Vegetables over linguine topped with freshly grated Parmesan. I used the carrot tops/greens plus some baby spinach for the pesto base, olive oil, lemon juice, cashews and lots of garlic. It’s delicious, fresh and somewhat healthy!
