My 108 Eakin , Blacksburg is back on the market. So please help me spread the word. The purchasers wanted to add another bedrooms, game room, bath and kitchenette apparently thinking it won't cost much! Of course it does, and they walked away.
Call me if you know of anyone who needs a large home in the middle of town. You would not believe the location!
