We’re so excited to welcome Colombian Empanadas | Arepas Boyacenses | Buñuelos | Virginia to the Terrace View Fall Vendor Fair! 🍂

Based right here in Blacksburg, Empanadas Meraki was created from one family’s journey from Colombia to the United States and their desire to share a taste of the culture they love with their new community. ❤️ After seeing how much people here enjoyed handcrafted street food just like back home, inspiration struck, and Empanadas Meraki was born!

Their menu is packed with Colombian favorites, including handcrafted corn empanadas with an assortment of fillings, delicious homemade sauces, and traditional Arepas Boyacenses made with fresh cheese. 🇨🇴 Their Colombian flavors extend to favorites like buñuelos too!

Their mission is simple: “To share our essence through food made with soul and love.” ❤️

Meet Squishin It, one of the amazing vendors joining us at Terrace View’s 2nd Annual Fall Vendor Fair! 🎉

What started as a fun hobby inspired by a mom’s three daughters has quickly grown into a new small business. After seeing how excited her girls were about squishies, fidget toys, and the latest trends, the idea for Squishin It was born! Now, she’s expanding through community events and sharing her love of all things squishy and fun with everyone she meets!

Stop by her booth to shop a variety of squishies, fidget toys, dumplings, and other sensory favorites that are perfect for kids, teens, and anyone who loves a little stress-relieving fun! 🌈✨

✨ Vendor Spotlight: Gabby’s Cinnamon & Pumpkin ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Gabby’s Cinnamon & Pumpkin back to Terrace View for our 2nd Annual Fall Vendor Fair on October 24th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM! 🍰🍪

Many of you may remember Gabby from last year, when she sold some of her very first baked goods at our vendor fair. Since then, she has grown into a beloved local baker, known not only throughout the Terrace View community but across the entire New River Valley!

After starting a family, Gabby spent more time reconnecting with family and discovered a passion for baking through her sister. What started as making treats for family quickly blossomed into a business centered around creating delicious homemade goodies from scratch. This year, she’ll be bringing a variety of crowd favorites including cinnamon rolls, vintage cake slices, pies, cupcakes, and cookies!

Everyone at Terrace View has truly enjoyed watching Gabby’s business grow and we’re so excited to see where she goes from here! Be sure to find her on Facebook and follow along to see all the wonderful treats she’s making for the upcoming holiday season 🎃🦃🎄
