On the 1st I was lucky enought to help some great friends of mine finally sell their home. Congrats to Steven and Sara, it was an up and down journey, from being under contract in a week, to that deal falling apart at the last second, to eventually landing a contract with a fantastc lady looking to move back to her hometown from Northern VA (whom I graciously was also able to work with on the buyers side. Congrats to you as well, Marcia!). Sure is a fantastic feeling to help people find the right fit in their new home! I met the Chasse's last summer and they were passionate about finding a rental property here in the NRV. We spent months viewing homes and condos and put in a few offers here and there but just couldn't lock down what they were looking for. We kept looking and eventually we were lead to what felt like the perfect opportunity for them. Yesterday we closed on four fantastic units and Radford and they couldn't be happier!
