Congratulations to such a kind person for closing on their home in Blacksburg!

Having the opportunity to work with and advise Jenny was special for a couple of reasons.

1. I've been working with her since October of 2020, so we've seen many homes together, written a few offers, but she never got discouraged. Getting to know such a great person over a year of viewing homes is awesome and always fun.

2. She found this home by TRICK-OR-TREATING with her daughter... Long story short, the seller already wanted to sell and was working with an agent, and my client happened to be trick-or-treating with her daughter in that neighborhood. She complimented the owner on their home who said they were actually looking to sell. One thing lead to another and I'm on the phone during the week following Halloween working on finalizing a contract before the home even went on the market. Fast forward a month and we got to close on this beautiful home!!!

Sometimes real estate seems simple, but oftentimes it's a pretty complicated process and getting from home A to home B may seem like a daunting task. My job is to be there with you through all of it while I do my very best to boil down the complicated into a simple process for you as we work to get you in the HOME you love with the PEOPLE you love.

Congratulations to such a sweet family on their purchase in Pulaski!

We had some heartache from another contract on another home that fell through due to no fault of theirs. We regrouped, reassessed, and made a game-plan for success because timing was an important part of this. Not long after, we had negotiated a GREAT contract on a GREAT home and were rocking and rolling.

21 days later (yes, we did make this conventional financing deal with appraisal happen in 21 days, thank you Heather Nipper) we closed with some incredibly happy and excited people.

This business is so much more than a deal or a real estate transaction. Your home is such an important part of your life, and I'm honored to get to be a part of that exciting process on a daily basis. That's why I'm all about getting you to the HOME you love with the PEOPLE you love, because in the words of this buyer, "family is the most important thing you'll ever have in life... take care of it."

Just listed last Friday, and under contract by this week!

This house was prepared well by the seller and was ready to go. As soon as this hit the market, we had a flurry of activity and found a great buyer.

We are under contract now and working through the details, but excited to close by Thanksgiving.

I’m humbled and honored to receive the “40 under 40” recognition by the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce!

I’m incredibly thankful and grateful for the opportunity I have here in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and the New River Valley. There are a lot of wonderful business leaders in this community that were recognized today, and I’m lucky to be a part of that. 💜
