Have you noticed these small changes in the housing market? After being in a sellers market for so long, it’s refreshing to see some positive changes. Although interest rates remain high, now might be a good time for buyers to start looking. While living on the boarder of two different states, I often have clients looking for homes in both. Here is a market update for the last 30 days to hopefully bring some insight as to where the Blackstone Valley Area market is headed. Rhode Island single family homes are spending almost a week more on the market compared to MA. This means there is a little less sense of urgency when finding the perfect home.
