This week, the residents of Blackville Gardens had the pleasure of meeting Quality Control Manager, Royce Bratton, Operations Manager, Maile Miller, and Project Administrator , Sarah Swartz to discuss the property’s rehabilitation beginning next month.

The residents can expect to receive but are not limited to, new counter tops, flooring, appliances, HVACS, tubs/toilets and more.

We are so excited at the opportunity to receive a well deserved rehab in this beautiful community. 🏡
