I saw they painted new circles where they hope new asphalt will grow. Hasn't worked in three years, maybe this time is the charm. It just such poor ownership. Kamson is a joke. If they fixed it then, it wouldn't so bad now! But now the snow has fallen, now you can't fix it, now it gets worse from plowing, now you need to paint circles again....

Interesting. Looks like September/October is the firing month for Kamson. if you get a chance, look at the post from September 13th 2013. They sacked the maintenance boss that day too. I'll bet there's a support group out there for people who have been churned out by Kamson.

"Poor Lee, I told him after his first week on the job that the door he walks in every day is a revolving door. It's that way because maintenance sets management up to fail by not doing work. Sal the maintenance supervisor was sacked too, but that's what happens when you accept a pay check and don't do your job. I haven't met the new manager yet, but if (he/she) doesn't get maintenance under their thumb, I give 'em 8 -13 months before the door hits them in the hiney too. I do have just one question for Sal: Did you say "whatever" when they canned you?"

So I've heard Michelle was canned. I would have lost that bet...I gave her 12 months and I think she lasted about 18?
I wrote it and I told her: "The door to that managers office is a revolving door, so make sure your resume is up to date." She didn't like it when I said it, but it in retrospect it was sound advice.

And so my advice to the next manager is: Don't even apply. Don't apply because you don't stand a chance and it's not your fault. It's a vicious cycle. Kamson is one cheap, cheap, cheap (did I say cheap?) property management company who won't even put out money to fix potholes or gutters. The property is dirty and looks like trash as you drive through. This leads to unhappy tenants. Unhappy tenants leads to complaints, which leads to you being fired. Kinda like the last 5 managers (or 4 I forget). You are being set up to fail. I'm sure you're a good person, and I hate to see bad things happen to good people. Trust me, you don't to work in a position that has been flipped 5 times in 7 years. That is my advice to you.

I took a drive through on the way to work, after 5 years they decided to re-paint parking lines. I see they eliminated about 6% - 9% of the parking spaces in the process. One step forward, two steps back.....

Goodbye piles of poo.
Goodbye potholes too.
Goodbye Pitbulls with no leash
Goodbye dwellings with one driver and 3 cars
Goodbye sneaky parking tickets that only appear when we sleep
Goodbye to the slum you have let yourself become,
and it's puzzling, because the rent ain't cheap.

Goodbye everyone it's been real.

I'm glad that this page did bring some small but noticeable changes for some of you. I know it did for me! This page will still remain, so feel free to say or post what you want as you always have.

Be careful walking your dogs. Some as***le has been throwing chicken bones all over up near the 60's and the town homes. They're spread out and all around so it doesn't look accidental. A dog can chomp one down real quick and choke or get seriously ill just from getting a good bite of rotten meat. If you see them please trash them, I know it's gross but it will come back to you in karma. Just like it's gonna come back to that person.

Lakeview can't fill potholes but they want to raise my rent $160? They don't know how to run a business here. They're not going to get someone to pay the rate we currently pay, so it makes no sense to force us out....only for some new entry a "deal" where it will take them 3-5 years to raise back up.
