PLOWING will start at midnight on Sunday (3-15) on the north/south streets and streets south of the office. All east/west streets will be plowed starting at 9 am Monday (3-16). Thank you in advance for your patience!

The water needs to be shut off Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at approximately noon and will be off for a couple hours. There is a water main break that needs to be fixed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The 2025 Certificates of Rent paid are going out in the mail today and tomorrow. Please be checking your mail for them. Thank you!

THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSING AT 3:30 ON NEW YEAR'S EVE AND WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 1ST. HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

PLOWING - North/South streets and all streets in the south section of the community will be plowed starting after midnight on 12/29. The East/west streets will be plowed starting at 9 am on 12/29. Cars not moved stand the chance of being towed!!

The Centennial Square office will not be open on Saturday, November 1st. Remember, the rent box in the mail center is always an option and is available 7 days a week during mail center hours. Have a Happy Halloween!!
