I’m excited to announce that I’m moving my business – BHHS North Properties has merged with Edina Realty! When I’m not out and about in houses and neighborhoods, I will be working out of the Edina Realty ANDOVER location.
What this move means for my clients:
🏡Existing listing contracts and buyer representation agreements will automatically be transferred over – nothing new is needed from my clients
🏡My current sellers will soon have an Edina Realty sign in their yards
🏡 I now have access to the largest professional network of agents in the region
🏡 I can use Edina Realty’s exclusive NetworkONE tool to share my listings with over 2,000 Edina Realty agents before they go live on the MLS (at the direction of my sellers)
🏡I can use Edina Realty’s NetworkONE tool to search for pre-market homes for my buyers before they go live on the MLS
🏡My clients gain access to all the technology, resources and services available at the top real estate company in the Midwest, including Edina Realty Title, Edina Realty Mortgage and Edina Realty Insurance
