Thank you SBM Fire Department for the safety chat and fire extinguisher demonstration! Part of our special events this month feature our community connections, and SBM FD visits a few times a year to share safety tips, review emergency procedures, and provide some hands on learning.

Smiles abound! Jay, a VIP of a former resident, dropped off a handmade clock he remembered our manager, Jake, admiring when he donated one to a craft sale earlier a few years ago. What a pleasant surprise!

June is LNRVM - Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month - and we're enjoying the extra opportunities to get to know our residents better. This week's special event is a safety chat and fire extinguisher demonstration by SBM Fire Department tomorrow at 10am, and next week on Thursday will be our annual Father's Day Brunch. Let us know if you'd like to attend either one, or come in for our New Resident Welcome cookout on Friday, June 26!

One of the best parts of living the Lang Nelson Experience is our monthly transportation offerings, always chosen by our residents at the monthly activities meeting. In April, residents chose The Lookout Bar and Grill and had a wonderful meal and exceptional service.

Whether you still drive or not, all residents and their VIPs are welcome to sign up for our monthly outings. Make your move to Cloverleaf Courts this summer and get on the bus! We have a gorgeous one-bedroom apartment available June 1st overlooking our courtyard and pond, where you'll enjoy views of nature daily (including a great view of where turkeys roost nightly in the trees!)

Call or email today, schedule your tour, and hear about our upcoming outings you'll be able to join in pre-move as an approved resident. May's lunch outing moved to Tuesday, May 26 due to the Memorial Day holiday, which works out perfect since their choice of The Orchid in White Bear Lake is closed on Mondays.

Our residents and community want to thank everyone who came out for our Spring Garage & Bake Sale fundraiser. Over $2800 was raised for the resident fund. These funds help support resident-led and resident-driven programming throughout the year.

We also want to thank all the residents for running the show from promotion to set up, running the sale, baking donations, donating items, and getting everything back in place afterwards.

Join our active community of seniors who make our community what it is - a thriving neighborhood of over 100 residents who make Cloverleaf Courts feel like home.

We have immediate availability for 1BR units, and upcoming availability in May and June, so call or email today to hear more, schedule a tour, join our wait list and get in on all the fun we have every month, especially thanks to things like these resident-led fundraisers throughout the year.
