There’s something special about helping a family prepare their home for its next chapter. 🖤🌿

Last week we partnered with Karah to get this Ramsey home market-ready. Rather than completely redesigning the space, we worked primarily with the homeowners’ existing furniture, adding strategic decor pieces and styling touches to highlight the home’s best features.

Our goal is always to highlight what makes a home special while helping buyers picture themselves in the space.

This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 2,100 square feet, and is located in Ramsey’s sought-after Preserve at Northfork neighborhood near the golf course.

Some homes don’t need to be completely transformed, they just need their character brought to life. 🖤🌿

Last week started with breathing new life into this charming Minneapolis gem.

From the moment we walked in, we knew the architectural details deserved to be the star. The ornate arched openings, beautiful brick fireplace with green tile accents, built-in niches, cozy window coves, and thoughtful craftsmanship gave this home so much personality.

As we staged, every piece was chosen to complement what was already there. We echoed the fireplace’s green tile through pillows and decor, layered in warm textures with a vintage-inspired rug, rattan coffee table, and cozy seating, and created inviting spaces that help buyers imagine themselves living here. Upstairs, we carried those same details into the bedroom, creating a peaceful space while highlighting the home’s beautiful sconces and unique architecture.

One of our favorite parts of staging is uncovering what makes a home special and helping those features shine.

We’re also incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing agent partners. This is our third staging project for Brenna, and we’re thankful for her continued trust and support of our small business.

If you’ve been following along, you’ve probably seen this home pop up on our page a few times over the past several months.

We’ve shared updates during construction, stopped by to check on the progress, and watched each stage come together. Last week, we had the opportunity to stage the model, and now opening weekend is finally here.

One of our favorite things about this home is the way the main living space comes together. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly around the beautiful black stone surround fireplace, creating a space that feels so welcoming.

This project feels especially meaningful because we not only had the opportunity to list the home, but stage it as well.
