One thing I've learned in real estate is that selling a home has very little to do with the home itself.

Sometimes it's about helping a family navigate a major life change.

This particular sale involved helping a client transition his mother into assisted living while also selling her townhome. There were a lot of moving pieces, a lot of emotions, and a need for things to happen fairly quickly.

I'm incredibly grateful he trusted me to guide him through the process.
