From our initial meeting through closing, our team will represent your best interests. Communication - You can't walk blindfolded across a 7 year olds bedroom and not expect to step on a jagged Lego piece. The same theory applies to communication. The same can be said about a persons morals and integrity, how one upholds their Fiduciary duties and adheres to the Code of Ethics. Fiduciary duties to our clients include Loyalty, Confidentiality, Disclosure, Obedience, Reasonable Care & Diligence and Accounting. The National Association of Realtors has a Code of Ethics with 17 Articles we pledge to follow. We take these duties to heart for our clients. The team lead, Dan, also serves as part of a small group that has been selected by the Minnesota Association of Realtors to serve on the Professional Standards Committee. Dan has proudly served on this panel since 2016. Of the 18,000+ licensed real estate agents in the state of MN, fewer than 250 serve on this board on any given year. The truth? Overpricing your home (even by a few thousand) can absolutely keep you from getting top dollar for your home! Buyers agents know what your home is worth and if a home is overpriced they’re going to share that information with their clients. A home priced correctly will ALWAYS generate more interest and sell faster!
