I am very excited to share that I am officially in the process of becoming a licensed Realtor and will be joining the Impact Home Team with Keller Williams Classic Realty.
This is a team I have known and respected for years. My husband has done work on many of the properties they manage, and through that I have been able to see firsthand how hard they work for their clients and how much they truly care about the people they help. When I decided to move into real estate, I knew I wanted to be surrounded by people with experience, integrity, and a strong work ethic, and I am very proud to be joining this team.
Many of you know that over the years I have worked in photography, marketing, and I also work closely with a roofing and construction company. All of these things actually come together in real estate. I understand how to market a home, how to photograph a home so it stands out online, and how to look at a home and understand things like roof condition, exterior work, and overall property condition. Being able to bring all of that knowledge to the table is something I am very excited about as I step into this industry.
Real estate is not just about buying and selling houses. It is about guiding people through big life decisions, helping them make smart investments, and making sure they have the right information along the way. That is the kind of agent I am working to become, and I am very excited for what is ahead.
