At this time, there are 356 homes available in Union County for purchase, with an additional 75 homes under contract! There were 12 homes sold last week with a median price of $183,450! From January 1st through 30 September 2016, there were 392 homes sold in Union County, which was a very nice increase over the same time frame in 2015, where only 365 homes sold! The median home price in 2016 has increased slightly to $165,000 as compared to $162,925 in 2015.
Towns County now has 315 homes on the market with another 48 homes under contract! There were 6 homes sold last week in Towns with a median sale price of $140,500! From January 1st 2016 through 30 September 2016 there were 212 homes sold in Towns County up slightly from the 191 homes sold during the same time frame in 2015. Towns County median price for 2016 is $165,500 which is up from $157,000 in 2015.
Fannin County now has 509 homes for sale. In 2016 513 homes have sold, year to date with a median price of $240,000. During the first 9 months of 2015 Fannin County had 493 homes sold with a median sale price of $219,500.
There are now 31 lakefront homes on the market on lake Nottely with an additional 1 lake home under contract! There were no sales of lakefront homes last week! From 1 January 2016 through 30 September 2016 there were 21 lakefront homes sold on Lake Nottely, which was down slightly from the same time frame in 2015 when 23 lakefront homes sold. Median sale price for lake homes in 2016 has been $365,000 which is actually down from a median sale price of $414,000 in 2015.
We currently have 29 lakefront lots available on Lake Nottely with 2 lake lots now under contract! There were no sales of lakefront lots last week, or in the month of September..Year to date in 2016 there have been 15 lakefront lots sold on Lake Nottely which is up considerably from only 4 lake lots sold during that time frame in 2015!
We currently have 612 vacant lots for sale here in Union County(up from 475 this time last year) with an additional 5 lots under contract! There were no sales of vacant lots in Union County this week! During the month of September 2016 14 lots sold with a median price of $8,000. Year to date there have been 106 vacant lots sold up from 78 sold during the same time frame in 2015! median sale price of lots in 2016 has been $16,000 and that is down from the same time frame in 2015 when the median sale price was $19,500.
