The landscape plan for The Terraces Townhomes has come up in conversation more than once lately, so here's an early look. Still in progress, not final, but this should answer the doubts.

Over 100,000 square feet of common green space. A pond with the existing wetland zone left intact. Evergreen buffers along Cook Street and Shoe Factory Road. Shade trees every 40 feet through the common areas, native hardwoods on the slopes, and a specimen tree at each home.

This is a work in progress, not the finished product. It gets better from here. 👀
