It has been a long couple of days, so I apologize for the delay. However...

⭐CONGRATS⭐ to my client on putting in an offer and getting it accepted the very next day on this gorgeous home in Xenia!

Monday we saw the house, and she said "can we come back tomorrow with my boyfriend?! I love it, but want his approval first!" Now... who am I to say no to something like that? So we went back! That night, I got the text to get it written up!

So I got to work, and the next morning, we got an accepted offer! Now here's the funny part. I like to joke with my clients, that's just my personality. So I texted her "Hey, can you call me when you get a moment?" This was at like 9AM or something, knowing she was at work and not wanting to disturb her too much. But, after I did that, the agent marked the house "Pending". So she calls me at around 12:30 I think, maybe later, idk lol.

Me: Hey... did you see that the house went pending this morning?
Her: Yeah. I saw it. I figured somebody outbid us, because I hadn't heard from you. (mind you, I texted her, she just hadn't seen it lol).
Me: Yeah. Well... they accepted our offer!
Her: WHAT?! YAY!!!!

I truly love those types of reactions! It's an awesome feeling to know she loved the house that much!
