We are considering building a brand new duplex in Blandinsville that would be ready in approximately 18 months. Before moving forward, we wanted to see if there would be any interest in renting a brand new duplex in the area for around $950–$1,100 per month.
Each unit would include:
• Approximately 1,100 square feet
• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Open concept layout
• Laundry room
• Attached single-car garage
